Caramels From Roselle Blew My Mind

I recently tried the flavoured caramels from Roselle in Toronto and just can’t get enough. The popular pastry shop on King East is known for their amazing cakes and quality soft serve, but these little caramel bites are on another level. I bought a pack of 15 and ate them all in one night. The caramels came in a variety of flavours like cassis, mango/ passion fruit, green apple, grape, raspberry, chocolate and sea salt. They’re super soft and chewy but don’t stick to your teeth at all.  When you bite into the fruit flavoured ones, you get a hint of caramel and also the juiciness of a fruit. Roselle’s caramels are sold individually and in packs of 6 and 15. Not sure how long these flavours will be available, but grab them while you can.
