With all the events happening to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday this year, The Burger’s Priest is no doubt joining in with the festivities. The Burger’s Priest will be offering a special burger, deemed the “Confederation Burger”, only available on Canada Day (quantities limited!). Along with their signature premium grass-fed beef patty, the burger will be served with Ontario bacon, and 6 ounces of poached Nova Scotia lobster dipped in butter and maple syrup.

We were first hesitant of the lobster-beef combination, however was pleasantly surprised as we took our first bite. The lobster is juicy and tender, oozing with the subtle sweet flavour of the maple syrup, while the beef patty adds a savoury complement. This is as Canadian as it gets! Be sure to head over to the Priest to get your hands on the Confederation Burger on July 1st for $18.67.
