Valentine’s Day at Shangri-La Toronto

Valentine’s day is a busy time of year for restaurants like Bosk, located on the first floor of the Shangri-La hotel in Toronto. Since it’s opening in 2012, Bosk has been a hot spot for celebrities and diners looking for a premium experience. Chef de Cuisine Richard Singh created a special Valentine’s Day menu this year. The “Shades of Red” Butter Poached Lobster with Beets prepared in 5 different was my favourite dish. The Yukon Gold Potato Agnolotti was also a highlight with a beautiful sous vide hen egg yolk and strong truffle flavour that would impress any date, Valentine’s or not. Check out our recap video of our Valentine’s Day experience at Bosk.
